Hi everyone,
My name is Miranda, and I’m a college student with a big heart for animals and a growing passion for giving back to my community.
Recently, while out on a walk, I came across a colony of about 20 young stray cats. They were clearly in need of care — hungry, scared, and without shelter. I knew I had to do something.
That’s why I’m starting this GoFundMe: to raise funds for vaccinations, spaying and neutering, and helping these sweet cats get the medical care they need so they can be placed into loving homes before winter sets in. I am working with a rescue called Hope and New Beginnings and they will help get the cats everything thing they need before adoption. The money raised will go to them.
Here’s how your donation will help:
Cover the cost of spay/neuter procedures
FeLV/FIV testing
Deworming
Microchipping
Provide essential vaccinations
Help with food, shelter, and other basic needs
Support rehoming efforts for each cat
Every dollar makes a difference — whether it's $5 or $50, your support will directly impact their lives and help prevent future suffering in our community.
Looking to adopt?
If you or someone you know is interested in giving one of these cats a forever home, please reach out to me by text or email — I’d love to connect you with your new furry friend!
Also, a huge thank-you to everyone who has donated clothing for me to sell — half of those proceeds are going directly toward this rescue effort as well.
Let’s come together this season and show what a caring community can do.
With love and gratitude,
Miranda
