As a family, this May, we are combining our two great loves - Africa and rugby - into one incredible trip and the four of us are off to teach tag rugby to children at a primary school in rural Rwanda. We are joining the wonderful charity 'Friends of Rwandan Rugby' and know we will have a very memorable experience with them.

As well as introducing the great game to a school of keen children, we will visit the Kigali Genocide Museum, a place I have been to many times. It is a beautifully curated museum, I have cried every time I have visited. A real reminder of how brutal humans can be, and in my lifetime too.
