My name is Kashtin my mommy and daddy are April Belaski and Justin Martinez. I was born June 4th of this year. Let me explain why I'm writing this letter, when I was born I had a heart defect called tetraolgy of fallot (tof) and will be needing open heart surgery. I just made my goal weight of 11lb and will be having my surgery august 25th 2015. So far i have been pretty lucky to have a family that have kept me from crying these past couple months so I don't put any strain on my little damage heart. I know times are hard for everyone and really, would not be asking this of anyone. But my daddy is working two jobs to make ends meet and my mommy has been at home taking care of me 24/7. The cost of my operation will not be covered 100% plus I will need other surgeries as I get older, also for the necessities . So I ask all my ohana and friends if you could please find it in your heart to donate what you can so that some day I will be Abel to run and play like any other kids.
