Greetings to all,
A big congratulations to Baseball Coach Blake Morgan (Coach Mo) and CrossFit Coach Siera Nelson for participating at HYROX Dallas on November 19th, 2022 and placing 2nd in their division, 16-29 mixed double! Hyrox is a premium racing functional fitness competition designed for every body. Coach Mo and Coach Siera started training about 3 months prior to the event in hopes of showing up, doing their best and being happy with the outcome while not knowing their competitors and this being their first Hyrox event. In their division out of 22 teams in Dallas, Coach Mo and Coach Siera placed 2nd, granting them a qualifying ticket to Manchester, UK to participate in the World Championship of Hyrox on May 27th, 2023! They will not only be representing Healthcare Express, XLR8 and the Twin City CrossFit community, they will be representing the twin city itself Texarkana, TX/AR! Their training will continue in order to bring a podium placing to the home of Texarkana, but they first need your help by spreading the word to support their trip to the UK! This is a big deal to be a part of! Coach Mo and Coach Siera would greatly appreciate any help anyone would be willing to give to their go fund me.
God Bless!
