On December 4th, I’ll be stepping onto the Hyrox solo men’s start line in London.

But this challenge is about far more than fitness.

Over the past months, I’ve transformed my life, losing 22kg and counting through early mornings, late nights, discipline, and a commitment to becoming the strongest version of myself. This journey has taught me resilience, consistency, and what’s possible when you refuse to give up.

But I’m not doing this alone, and I’m not doing this just for me.

Why I'm raising money:

Seven years ago, I met the woman who changed my life. We’ve now been happily married for three years, but I never had the chance to meet her father.

He was taken too soon by pancreatic cancer, and his absence is deeply felt in our family. In his honour, I am raising funds for Pancreatic Cancer UK, to help support research and the families who face this devastating disease.

A few years later, as my wife and I hoped to start a family, we experienced the heartbreaking loss of our first baby. It was one of the hardest chapters of our lives. One that brought us to our knees and tested us in every way.

The support and resources from Tommy’s, the pregnancy and baby charity, helped us navigate that pain and slowly find our way forward.

Today, I am the proud father of a beautiful baby girl and I will never forget the help that carried us through the darkest moments.

That is why I am also raising money for Tommy’s, so more families receive the support and hope that we were given.

How I'm starting things off:

To begin this journey, I’m donating £10 for every kilogram I’ve lost. £220 in total.

Every donation, big or small, will make a real difference. All funds raised will be split equally between both charities.

I’m asking you to stand with me. Not just as I cross a finish line, but as we help change lives.

What this journey represents:

This is a commitment to resilience over comfort, purpose over excuses, turning struggle into strength, and doing something for the greater good. I'm an entrepreneur launching a new business and a new father at the same time. I want to show you, whoever is reading this, that the impossible is possible.

With Gratitude

Thank you to my incredible wife, Neda, my coach Jamie, and the entire fitness team at TIO, including Jim, for pushing me, believing in me, and preparing me for the big day.

And thank you for reading, supporting, sharing, and being part of this story.

Here’s to proving what’s possible through consistency, ambition, and heart.
Here’s to honouring the past, changing the future, and lifting others as we go.

Let’s do this, together.
God bless.
