Everyone and their aunt are currently training for a Hyrox - I get it, it's great to do as a focus for your training, but with how difficult and tough the training can be, having a reason to train and show up to every session ready for race day, makes the training worthwhile and gives more purpose to turning up on the day, rather than just 'I fancied it.'

This year, I'm embarking on my first solo Hyrox in London in May, and would love to raise money for Macmillan, to give purpose to why I'm doing what I'm doing.

Macmillan Cancer Support is one of the largest British charities and provides specialist health care, information and financial support to people affected by cancer. It also looks at the social, emotional and practical impact cancer can have, and campaigns for better cancer care.
