Hi, Kawai & Lowri here. After egging each other on, we’ve officially signed ourselves up for the ultimate test of grit and teamwork: the HYROX Women’s Double Challenge!

We’re two friends taking on this intense fitness event, not just to push our limits, but to do it for a cause bigger than ourselves. HYROX combines running and functional workouts in a race that demands strength, endurance, and serious determination… and we’re all in!

The HYROX event will be in Manchester on Friday 23rd January 2026.

We’re using this opportunity to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support, a cause close to our hearts. Every drop of sweat, sore muscle, and training session is powered by the knowledge that we’re making a difference!
