Ciara & Ben Story

Come December 2025, Ciara and I will be taking on Hyrox mixed doubles event in Gent whilist attempting to achieve a sub 65 minute time. We'll be competing and raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support. We chose to support Macmillan not just for the great work they do but because, unfortunately, cancer affects so many, whether it be the individual diagnosed or their families. Donations to Macmillan will enable them to provide the emotional, practical, physical, and financial support that so many desperately need.

Hyrox is the ultimate one-of-a-kind fitness competition that pushes participants to their limits, testing strength, endurance, and mental toughness. The event is made up of a 1km run, followed by a functional fitness station. For anyone who knows Ciara and I, know that we're fiercely competitive, we love our fitness - keeping fit and healthy.
