On 24th May, my sister and I will be taking on HYROX Berlin Doubles to raise money for Papyrus, a charity dedicated to preventing young suicide. We’re doing it in memory of my beautiful best friend India, who sadly took her own life on 13th August last year. India was a complete ray of sunshine - unconditionally kind, beyond talented at everything, and was always her friends and family’s biggest supporter and encourager. She continues to inspire everyone who had the honour of knowing her and I am so proud to have been able to call her my best friend.

India, much to my admiration, competed in two HYROX events and kept encouraging me to start training so we could do one together. I wish more than anything we’d had that chance, but now I’ll be doing it with my sister in her honour, carrying her with me every step to the finish line.

Suicide is the number 1 killer of people under the age of 35. If you’re able to donate or share, it would mean the world. Most importantly, please check in on your people, you never know who might need it
