On the 4th of May me and Rhi will be taking on HYROX at the Principality Stadium in Cardiff ️

I’m doing this challenge to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support, an incredible charity that helps people and families facing cancer get the support they need when they need it most.

HYROX is no small challenge – it’s a tough fitness race combining running and functional workouts – so it’s going to seriously test both of us! But knowing it’s for such an important cause will keep me going.
