Hyrox Birmingham and Dublin for McMillan Cancer

Hi, my name is Ashlene Walker and in 3 weeks time I will be competing in my first Hyrox competition in Birmingham. I have been training for months in preparation for this and will be supporting Macmillan Cancer through doing this so any support would be very much appreciated.

I am pushing myself out of my comfort zone to take part in this tough challenge. This is not just about the competition for me, Macmillan cancer is a very worthy charity who provide invaluable care and provide support to patients and their families going through difficult times and help them navigate a way through it. This charity has a special place in my heart so I want to do my bit and raise money in the memory of my dad and good friend who is currently going through treatment.
