Hi folks, Frank here, and I want to represent District 3 on the Galveston City Council. I am a BOI, a veteran of the Marine Corps, a graduate of O'Connell and Texas A&M, and a Merchant Marine Officer. For the last 15 years, I have watched the same old politicians jump from office to office only to serve the same connected few.  I believe it is time for a change. I am not a politician. I have no ties to special interest. I do, however, have a knack for calling it like it is, putting action before talk, and accomplishing goals. 

So, if you are ready to see some common sense, pro-business, progressive, high energy representation on that council, go ahead and throw some cash my way. I'll print some signs, throw some FUNdraisers, and we'll win this election.
