Greetings everyone!

I'm writing to let you all know that I'm raising funds on behalf of Umesh Shrestha- 34, a resident of Sabhapokhari VDC of Sankhuwasabha district. Mr. Shrestha, a very kind, compassionate, and caring person had a renal transplant 10 years ago after his bilateral renal failure diagnosis. Unfortunately, the transplanted kidney could not last for more than 10 years. He is currently receiving treatments at "Shahid Dharmabhakta Transplant Center" located in Bhaktapur. The doctors involved in his care are recommending him to have a kidney transplant again to keep him alive and the medical expenses (15 to 20 lakhs Nepali rupees) associated with the procedure are beyond his imagination. Because of his current financial status and also his father's (Lila Bahadur Shrestha) frail health, they have not been able to pay the loan borrowed during his first Kidney transplant so far. So they are in dire need of our support to make his treatment possible. As we know "individually we are one drop but together we are an Ocean", I'd like to request all my friends and family to kindly contribute any amount possible to help Mr. Shrestha's family overcome this devastation.
