On April 2, 2020 my brother suffered from an Anoxic brain injury. For those who don’t know what that is, it’s a brain injury caused from the lack of oxygen to his brain resulted from cardiac arrest. I’ll never forget that day where I found him, did CPR and essentially saved his life. My family and I are forever grateful to have received this second chance of life with him. Recently we came across this new kind of therapy called hyperbaric therapy which will provide more oxygen to his blood and his brain with hopes of improving his memory, restoring oxygen levels, improve his flow of oxygen, restoring “rich blood to the brain”, damaged tissue repair, etc. However, this treatment is $200 a session and he needs AT LEAST 30 sessions to receive these benefits. I have never been one to ask, but I am a grateful person and with that said I am asking for donations to make this a faster possibility for my brother.
