Hello Everyone,
My name is Jessica Reid. I feel my purpose in life is to always be a vessel for God to do His work on earth. I believe we are here to be blessings and to serve others. I'm writing this Go Fund Me for my friend Jaquelynn's Martell's family, who has been impacted by COVID.
Background Story
A few months ago, both her parents were diagnosed with COVID-19 as her mother served as a frontline nurse during the height of the crisis. Her mother continues to recover from the long terms effects of COVID-19 but her father was hospitalized for months, his condition deteriorating. Then the family received a call last week that there was nothing else they could do for him.
He was sent home from hospice care to spend his last days at home. The family worked around the clock to care for him. On August 11th 2020 he transitioned to be with Lord. He leaves behind his family, and his wonderful wife, Michelle. She is suffering from PTSD and cannot work.
How will donations be used?
Donations will cover hospitalization/ medical fees and funeral expenses.
