EMERGENCY hlp family with electrical & roof repair

I have always been the giver and I love the feeling of helping others so much.
Now it is my time to ask for help.
My roof is 22 years old. It will cost about 3000.00 to do the entire new roof ourselves. Which is desperately needed! Every rain storm we fill up storage totes full of water :/Unfortunately the roof has been leaking for sometime. We have patched areas & bought tarps in the past to get us by.
We were advised to cut this big tree branch that went over the roof to help aid with the water buildup/leak. The tree trimming guys I hired made a mistake and dropped part of this huge pecan branch. It made this big hole in my roof :*(
Our electrical is also now failing. We have done some repairs after the Texas winter storm but with this new leakage.. our electrical is now constantly failing on us. Lights and appliances are constantly flickering/surging. I can't even utilize my oven right now. T_T
Unfortunately with other recent medical, electrical, several bursted water pipes (expenses from the fluke Texas winter storm) and the many unexpected pet costs as of late..I honestly don't have the funds to fix our home right now. :(
I would like to fix this hole asap before the roof gets even worse. Especially since mold has started to grow inside as well.
