Hey, my name is Dan. I'm a 36-year-old quadriplegic living in the beautiful state of Montana. I grew up living both in Montana and California. I love to get out iand go skiing , hunting with family and friends, or go fishing by myself. Needless to say I love the outdoors. I had an unfortunate snowboarding accident in 2006 which left me paralyzed from the neck down. That hasn't stopped me in the least though. I still love getting up every day and seeing what the world is going to throw at me.

I am raising money for an amazing power wheelchair. Getting outdoors is what I live for and this wheelchair is made specifically for that. I pride myself on being as independent as possible. This wheelchair is made so you can back into it with your regular chair, lock-in, start it up, and take off. Since my accident getting off the beaten path is all but impossible. All of the money raised will go directly towards the purchase of the chair and a small trailer to tow it with. I've been looking at the chair for many years and have never dreamed it possible to own. This is the first step.
This would be an amazing opportunity for me to have much more freedom and independence in a beautiful state that screams for exploration and fun. I can't say how grateful I am for you taking the time just to read this and hear my little story. And how grateful I will be for any contribution to my little dream.
