A Mother's Cry for Help

My dear friend Tiffany and her kids need help. She’s one of the strongest people I know and she keeps getting hit after hit. Please consider helping her and her kids.
from Tiffany:
I find myself in a desperate situation, a week of enduring a home that's crumbling around us. I reported a leak a year ago, and the response from our landlord, Invitation Homes, has been nothing short of neglectful. A slow leak and sweating pipes have left my kitchen ceiling destroyed, the subfloor ruined, and the shower tiles above now cracking. What's worse, my warnings about a mold issue were dismissed, and their solution was to merely paint over it.
Despite paying over $2500/month for this home, I'm left with a kitchen unusable for family dinners, a son sleeping on the couch due to power loss in his room, and essential appliances malfunctioning. The negligence has reached a point where Invitation Homes has admitted the house is not safe, but repairs are on hold, leaving me, a full-time single mom with disabilities, and my two kids, including a rescue dog, facing homelessness.
As of Friday, the city has deemed the house unsafe with probable code violations. Renter's insurance won't cover losses due to landlord negligence. Invitation Homes has left us in limbo, and I'm reaching out for your support. We've used the last of our savings for temporary housing, but it's a race against time. Code enforcement is our hope on Monday, followed by filing for rent abatement. I'm forced to notify the landlord of our move as soon as I secure funds for storage, which won't be until Thursday at the earliest.
Your generosity can make a world of difference for a struggling family on the brink. Please consider contributing to our GoFundMe so we can secure a stable future for my children and me. Your support is our lifeline in this harrowing time.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
