Hallam Women's Football is hosting a charity football match, current players vs ex Hallam players. This year we have decided to split the total money raised between 2 amazing charities…the chosen charities are The Maddy Cusack Foundation and Breast Cancer UK. These are both incredible charities, with the Maddy Cusack Foundation’s purpose to help create opportunities for young girls and young women that will encourage them to participate in the sport of amateur football that is in a supportive environment and that nurtures both their playing skills and personal well-being, in honour of Maddy. One of the old girls who will be attending has written this:

I'm sure many of you saw over social media that Maddy was a football player for Sheffield United who passed away late on last year. In addition to this, Mads was one of my best friends and a close friend to some of the girls coming, so its a cause really close to our hearts.

Breast Cancer Now UK is a charity very close to some of our hearts and an amazing charity that funds research, provides support to those affected, and raises awareness
