Fundraising for MND ( Motor Neuron Disease) Association
Every day in the UK six people are diagnosed with motor neurone disease (MND). That's why I'm Swimming 6km in May to raise money for the MND Association.
The money I raise will help to provide care and support for people affected by MND, and fund vital research. However much you can donate, £1, £10 or £20, will make a difference.
Thank you for your supporting this cause because it means so much to me and the Flynn family. One of my brother in laws has been living with MND for the last 3 years. As a family we know the reality and impact of this on a day to day basis. Inspired by many friends and family, I want to do something positive and bring some meaning, so I am taking part in this Swim challenge for the MND Association.
More information about Motor Neurone Disease Association: The Motor Neurone Disease Association is the only national charity in England, Wales and Northern Ireland focused on MND care, research and campaigning.
