My name is Sofia. My grandma is an extraordinary woman. She has helped our family her entire life. Recently, my grandma was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer stage 4. She has been in and out of the hospital for the past couple of months. At the moment she is not doing that great. In her last moments she wants to be near family and she will be starting hospice soon. We need help covering her medical and hospice care expenses.
