My name is Tom Poey. I am a small business owner, along with my wife Tara. We have 5 children ranging from ages 5 to 16. Because of the Covid-19 pandemic and state of VA regulations, my business (and only source of income for my family) has been shut down since the end of March. On top of this, my 9 yr old son, Maddox, who is an eye cancer survivor recently started to have more eye issues and needed to be examined numerous times in the last few months. One of these times was out of state, to Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, PA. I had to pay $4,000 out of pocket, just for him  to be seen, and the bills are still coming in. With no current work or income, I am asking for anyone that may be able to help me during these uncertain times.
