im jake`s aunt suzi as you are all aware jake had battled brain cancer for 5 years sadly he lost his fight on the 19th march 2016 
alot of people have asked to help with the funeral cost`s so ive decided to set this page up ...
watching my sister struggling to find the money to get jake to & fro the marsden & many other different hospital`s aswell 
i feel me setting up this page will help my sister dee ,colin ,calum ,declan & joe will help jake`s  last journey
