Hi, my name is Sophia, and I started HVN ON ERTH as a mini pop-up in the comfort of my Los Angeles loft in 2018. It's been quite the journey navigating the business landscape, and after facing the realities of entrepreneurship, I had to take a long hiatus from my dream of opening a café and restaurant.

Over the years, I’ve refined my craft, learned from my experiences, attended the Institute of Culinary Education and deepened my commitment to providing a one-of-a-kind culinary experience that blends flavor, wellness, and community.

Now, I’m ready to bring HVN ON ERTH back—stronger than ever—closer to home in Michigan, where I can reconnect with my family and share this vision with the community.
