Hi, my name is Sarah, and I’m fundraising for a very special woman named Elizabeth.

I had the privilege of working with Elizabeth in Plettenberg Bay, South Africa. Recently, a devastating fire swept through the Qolweni community, destroying 174 homes and leaving nearly 600 people homeless—including Elizabeth.

Elizabeth is one of the most incredible women I’ve ever met. She lives a simple, hardworking life and has always put her family and grandchildren first. Now in her 60s and facing ongoing health challenges, she has never once complained or asked for help—until now, when everything she owned has been reduced to ashes.

We can’t undo the trauma or replace what was lost, but with your support, we can help Elizabeth begin to rebuild her home and her life.
