Sister Needing Help!

Hi, this is my sister, Katie. She has spent her adult life as a caregiver, taking care of elderly patients and their families. She does this with a passion and empathy that I'm truly in awe of. If you know anything about caregiving, it really is a calling - no one gets rich and typically these selfless individuals don't have health insurance. Unfortunately that has caught up with her. Katie has been diagnosed with a malignant melanoma that has just been found to be in her lymph nodes as well. She is beginning a difficult journey, starting with immunotherapy. Her bright outlook and positive attitude are keeping us all in a good place right now, but you can help in two ways:

1) She needs prayer... in abundance!

2) She needs help with expenses - both living and medical expenses.

She's not able to go back to work right now and has applied for

assistance through Medicaid, but that seems to be a journey in and of itself.

Any amount helps! My focus as a sister is to alleviate as much stress for her as I am able and to do what I can to be a caregiver for her. If you can help in any way, it would be a tremendous blessing. Thank you so much!
