Placide mom Uterine Fibroid surgery

My name Woodlin Placide and I create this Gofundme page to raise money for my mom who needs to have surgery. Her name is Yva Ulysse. She is a single mom and she is 59 years old.  She lives in a simple house with no steady income or job to support herself. Sometimes she makes money by selling animals like goats, cows or chickens or by buying and selling soaps and other simple products that people need.  She is in a very difficult moment right now. She has no money, no savings and no means to be able to come up with the price of the surgery which is around $1000 US dollars.  The money I am asking for will cover the cost of the surgery as well as to help in her recovery post surgery".

My mom went to the doctor for a checkup and the diagnosis revealed that she has a uterine fibroid. She is in serious pain and in order for her to get better, she needs to have surgery in the next couple weeks. This means a lot to me because I want my mom to get on her feet and she can take care of herself and my siblings back home in Haiti. I am asking you for your financial support and prayer so my mom can have the uterine fibroid remove.  

Here is a brief definition of the Uterine Fibroid that I found online. "Uterine fibroids are noncancerous growths that develop in the wall of the uterus and are a common tumor of the female reproductive system. They become more frequent as women age and are especially found among women in their 30s and 40s through menopause. 3 Although women of any race can develop fibroids, black women are at a higher risk for multiple fibroids as well as larger fibroids and tend to develop this condition at a younger age with more severe symptoms.3, 4 Although noncancerous, fibroids become even more serious in countries like Haiti."
