Hi, my name is Corrina and I’m fundraising to try and get out of a desperate situation. My husband left me and the kids about 8 weeks ago the day after we committed to paying for a big family holiday which he said to do via my account which was fine as I trusted him. The next day we walked out on us for the last time. You see, he was emotionally and mentally abusing the kids mostly although he would me too. I kept making excuses for his behaviour until I couldn’t take it any longer. I told him he needed to get help because he’s not going to keep abusing us all the time and he left us. Now I’m on my own with this massive problem I can’t find a way out of on my own. He doesn’t care one bit that he’s ruined this whole year for me and my kids.

 I tried to cancel the holiday but they’ve told me that fights, transfers etc are non refundable so now I have this massive bill I can’t pay for. I’ve been trying to cover it but the only was is to sacrifice food and it’s breaking my heart hearing the kids tell me they’re hungry and no one will help me. I don’t know what else to do. This is literally affecting everything. It’s my son’s 18th and I can’t do anything for him. Same as the other kids birthdays. I normally start saving for Christmas in advance and I’m not going to be able to do that either. I’m really desperate. This is my last hope. I can’t believe I’m in this position. I feel broken.
