Hurricanes Left My Home in Disrepair

Hi, last year my area was hit by 2 Hurricanes and 2 weeks. I lost power to my 220 hook up in the first and the second took out my carport, part of my roof, my central AC & Heat and my water heater. I have still not recovered.

so this all started last October and I had an AC portable unit in my bedroom which worked well until roof rats got in and started creating destructive terror by eating the wiring in the walls. So now I’m dealing with power knocked out in part of my bedroom where the AC unit was hooked up as well as my entire living room so I am boiling in the heat and still trying to get a contractor to come out and check things out so that I can get FEMA to finally pay for the repairs. Only at this point it’s been six months and I don’t know if FEMA will continue to help and I am desperate I know what’s gonna be needed. Is all of the wood paneling removed so that new wiring can be installed updating the wiring and a new breaker box. It’s gonna need a new 220 going to the storage for my dryer and then new insulation and drywall put up. It’s not gonna be cheap in the meantime, I’m sweltering in the heat and I need help.
