Hurricane Sally wiped out winter hay supply

As some of you know, I am a Social Worker with a nonprofit, Iron Spirit, Inc. who is at the beginning of her career specializing in Equine Facilitated Therapy and have two wonderful equine cofacilitators, Apollo and Merlin. In preparation for winter, and before baby Skyler came, I wanted to make sure I had the horses' winter nutritional needs taken care of. I erected a structure to store their winter hay in-paddock and spent $1600 on hay for the winter season. This got me 100 square bales: 60 Timothy, 20 Alfalfa, and 20 Orchard/Alfalfa. We were not prepared when Hurricane Sally came, it was supposed to be a Cat 1 and it ended up nearly a Cat 3. In addition to flooding in our house which we had to evacuate, our entire hay store was ruined when the structure was blown away and all the hay completely soaked and now getting moldy and the horses were gorging themselves. Moldy hay can be deadly for horses. We have evacuated to another county and I am unable to reach the barn at this time. My barn manager has moved the horses to another paddock so they do not ingest any more hay from the stack. I need to have the ruined hay hauled away ASAP and will have to rebuild the winter hay supply. I don't know how much the hauling will cost but the structure was a few hundred dollars and the hay $1600. Any help is welcome and so appreciated, this was not a contingency we planned for.
