Hurricane relief for Ranaldo, Delvin, and Godfrey

Our hearts go out to all the residents of Jamaica, especially our friends, Ranaldo, Godfrey, and Delvin, as they struggle to rise up out of the mud and destruction left in the wake of Hurricane Melissa.
Ranaldo, Godfrey, and Delvin returned to Jamaica on October 20th after five months of working long days at Joe's Brook Farm in Barnet, VT as part of the federal H2A program. Our friends should have been relaxing and reconnecting with their families but instead, found themselves preparing for another hurricane. Godfrey suffered extensive damage to his farm store and yam farm, has no power, and is running low on water. Ranaldo and Delvin live six miles from Black River, an area considered the hardest hit of all Jamaica. Their house, rebuilt last year after losing its roof in Hurricane Beryl, was spared, but they have no power, are running low on water, and are surrounded by complete and utter devastation.
Joe's Brook Farm has already sent $6000 in donations raised through our farmstand and CSA. Donations raised by this GoFundMe will be split evenly and wired to Ranaldo, Godfrey, and Delvin for them to distribute to their families and friends. Every dollar makes a difference for our friends to be able to survive and help Jamaica rebuild in this time of need. Thank you for your generosity and support in this time of great need for Jamaica.
