Hurricane Relief for Lucky Sheep: Support Patrick Clark

Lucky Sheep, a local business located in Burnsville, NC, has been making natural fiber outdoor gear for eight years and was demolished in the recent hurricane Helene. The entire inventory of handcrafted, eco-friendly wool sleeping bags, backpacks, canvas jackets, and more were destroyed as the water flooded the building 6 feet high. The industrial sewing machines, supplies of clips, zippers, toggles, etc., tools, cutting tables, and precious organic fabric were ruined.

This was the biggest flood to hit the area in known history and even 5 feet above the infamous flood of 1916. This flood was totally unpredictable and took out the entire village surrounding Lucky Sheep. This hurricane devastated five times the area of Katrina.

Patrick Clark, along with his two employees, has spent the past eight years building a dream and a line of products unique to the outdoor market. Lucky Sheep has sent hundreds of wool sleeping bags to happy customers around the United States and abroad, as well as their unique wax-coated day packs, backpacks, wool sleeping pads, and rain parkas.
