In its path, the storm unleashed winds of up to 185 mph, devastating homes, flooding entire communities and leaving thousands vulnerable and without the most basic supplies. (Reuters)

At the same time, hundreds of families in Jamaica are already battling economic hardship, limited access to healthcare, and fragile infrastructure — today they face a whole new crisis: the urgent need for shelter, food, clean water, and hope.

That’s where Pistos Charis Foundation steps in. “Pistos Charis Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, created by Dr. Clinton Baldwin and his team for just this kind of moment. for just this kind of moment- to provide social educational, financial and community building support to those most need in various ways. We’ve partnered with our trusted not-for-profit partners in Jamaica to mobilize relief immediately. This first project to Jamaica seeks to send supplies to those most in need at this time in Jamaica. We are launching this GoFundMe campaign to raise funds to send essentials — food supplies, household and hygiene items, clothing, and relief kits — directly to the hardest hit communities.
