Hello! My name is Shelly Clarke. I hail from the community of Longhill Whitehouse Westmoreland. On October 28, 2025 Melissa made landfall in Jamaica as a category 5 hurricane. Due to its trajectory, the western end of our beautiful island has suffered catastrophic damages.

My family along with members of the community of Longhill Whitehouse Westmoreland are amongst the many that were unfortunately left homeless, without food, water, and other basic necessities. Our house and land have been destroyed.

We are reaching out at this time seeking assistance to rebuild from the ground up. Funds will be used to purchase:

• Food

• Water tanks

• Household items

• Materials for construction

• Among other basic necessities
