Hurricane Melissa has left a devastating impact on the communities of Westmoreland, St James, and St Elizabeth. Many families are struggling to recover after losing their homes, belongings, and access to basic necessities. I am an active duty US Navy sailor from Kingston, Jamaica, and this country is very dear to my heart. I am in contact with several families and individuals who have been hit the hardest, and all funds raised will go directly to them. Immediate needs like food, water, and shelter will be prioritized, but we also aim to support longer-term recovery efforts, including helping families rebuild their homes and restore a sense of normalcy.
