Help Jamaica Recover from Hurricane Melissa
A Relief Effort Led by the Jamaica Combined Cadet Force Alumni Association (JCCF-AA)
When Hurricane Melissa, a Category 5 storm, tore through Jamaica, it left behind heartbreaking devastation. Entire communities were flooded, homes and schools destroyed, lost of lives and families displaced overnight. Many have lost everything — shelter, clothing, food, and security.
Now more than ever, Jamaica needs us.
We, the Jamaica Combined Cadet Force Alumni Association (JCCF-AA), are stepping forward to answer that call.
As proud members and alumni of the Jamaica Combined Cadet Force (JCCF), service and resilience are at the heart of who we are.
The JCCF — a national youth movement under the Ministry of National Security — provides training to Jamaica’s youth. While rooted in military discipline, its purpose goes beyond that: to develop world-class citizens who are disciplined, compassionate, and dedicated to service and nation-building.
Our cadet motto is built on leadership, character, patriotism, and citizenship — values that now call us to serve again, this time in the spirit of humanitarian relief.
