Hurricane Melissa Relief Donations.

To all, my name is Mr. Patrick Campbell. My family along with many other families both overseas and in Jamaica have put together a relief outreach for some of the people who are greatly impacted by Hurricane Melissa. I am especially encouraged to be a part of this Effort because I was born in Jamaica and lived through Hurricane Gilbert in 1988.

My family and I strongly believe in giving and especially when the need is at its greatest. We are asking everyone who would like to donate to first pray about your decision and then donate. So far, we've made one delivery into St. Elizabeth, and the need is far greater than was anticipated. The main purpose of this funding is to provide basic needs for the people who are not easily accessible, in which case my team is local to the areas.

Currently, we are asking for monetary donations as this is the fastest way to assist those in need right now.

These funds will be used to purchase the basic necessities such as water, crackers, oats, flour, sugar, corn meal, cooking oil, Sardines, canned mackerel, canned tuna, toilet paper, Lasco (powdered milk), baby wipes, bathing soap, laundry soap, sheets, tarpaulin, nails and so on (detail list at bottom). Our team will then move on to help with minor repairs and housing needs as best as possible. We will use the funds to purchase, package and distribute all items.

They will start their journey from St. Catherine through to St. Elizabeth and other Parishes distributing where the need is greatest.
