To whom are willing and able to help. My name is Kiigan, a resident of Canada and I am requesting assistance on behalf of 4 of my family members affected by Hurricane Melissa in Jamaica. My grandmother's house was flooded and the roof was blown off in the north coast area of Runaway Bay; trees fell on my aunty's home and another home has minor damage. For all its worth, its my first time asking for donations but I've donated through this site to those in need. This site was also my second idea up to this point; I've been trying to support them with my own hard earned paychecks.

I understand that many will be using this very event for their ungodly greed and to scam people but my integrity from the Spirit of Jesus will not allow that in me. This donation will ONLY be used for what is stated above, for the individuals who are desperately in need of shelter and food. Every dollar helps!

One consideration I always live by, regardless of how hard things are, is that God has given us more than we need so that we might help those who do not have. 2 Corinthians 9:11 shows this blessed message.

Acts 20:35 NKJV - And remember the words of the Lord Jesus, that He said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.
