Aloha, my name is John Mahikoa Uribe, and I’m raising funds for my family in the aftermath of Hurricane Lowell.

We live in Wailua Homesteads, and our property was heavily impacted by the storm-force winds, which uprooted most of our mature trees and caused damage to our land and vehicle. Thankfully, my family is safe—my parents and little sis were able to shelter in our basement.

With so many large trees down, removing them will be a major undertaking. If anyone knows someone who may be able to help, or is able to support us in any capacity, it would truly mean the world to our family.

Through it all, God is good, and we’re incredibly grateful the aftermath wasn’t worse. Mahalo nui for all your love and support. Our prayers are also with everyone facing hardship during this time.
