I’m thankful that all of our reporting in from around the state is saying the same about our Toll family:
That we are all safe and sound.
That is the most important thing that I wanted to get out.
However, some fared better than others and this is where our attention lies; to those who encountered severe destruction and loss. As a state, we have a committee working behind the scenes to put a relief plan in place that we will be rolling out over the next few days. Please look for upcoming communications with your Division leadership on how you can play a part in this.
In the immediate, we have initiated this Go Fund Me to start raising some funds for our Florida Toll family relief efforts. We certainly would appreciate any support that you could give should you feel compelled to do so. This support will go directly to those who were hit the hardest and sustained tremendous loss and displacement due to the impacts of
Hurricane Ian.
The outreach from so many across to state and the willingness to lend a helping hand has been incredible and tremendously heartwarming. It’s not just a value we hang on a wall. It’s who we are. People that are invested in each other. People who put others above themselves so we can truly take care of each other. My thoughts and prayers go out to all who have been impacted by this catastrophic event and my best to you and your families as we stand together to walk alongside of each of you as we profess forward.
Thanks,
Greg
