Hi, my name is Todd Pokrywa, and I am fundraising for my parents, Joe and Darlene, and my brother Jeremy. My brother was living with my parents while searching for a new job. Their house in University Acres off Rouse Road in Orlando, Florida was flooded on September 29, 2022, with quickly rising water; Orange County Fire Rescue and the National Guard evacuated them, in waist-high water, to a shelter. The water rapidly entered the house and destroyed most of their belongings. They were able to leave with just the clothes they had on and the damage was extremely extensive. They did not have flood insurance since they were not in a flood zone.

I am starting this Go Fund Me campaign to help my family get back on their feet. Any donations will go directly toward assisting my parents and brother in rebuilding, including repairs, replacing damaged items, temporary living situations, groceries, clothes, etc., while dealing with the damage to their residence of nearly 25 years.
