Hurricane Harvey Relief Fund - LAGH
Donation protected
Hurricane Harvey brought devastating destruction to the state of Texas. It is “one of the largest disasters America has ever faced,” ~ Gov. Greg Abbot.
This Category 4 Hurricane had a diameter of 280 miles and dumped 27 trillion gallons of rain over Texas. An estimate of 30,000 people required temporary shelters. Within that number, the Liberian Association of Greater Houston (LAGH) has so far identified 30 Liberian families who were impacted by the storm and we are working diligently to assess their needs.
Please join us in our efforts as we raise the much-needed funds to assist them and help them get back to a sense of normalcy.
