OBAH S&R Team is a nationally recognized group of emergency professionals trained specifically for animal search and rescue in disaster situations. We utilize all the resources we have available to rescue animals left behind or displaced from the storm with hopes of reuniting them with their families.
Caryn Buege, the founder of OBAH, is responsible for the funds raised for Harvey and ensuring that they are appropriately used and distributed to the S&R of animals. The funds have been paid directly by me already on my personal credit cards until GoFundMe releases this money to us....the donations will be deposited to me directly for reimbursement. The money we spent far outweighs the donations we've raised.
