Hi Everyone!
As most of you know hurricane Eta has hit Central America hard and taken everything with it. My mom is from Honduras and this has hit home tremendously. The majority of our family has been affected horribly and are contacting my mom for help. We recently lost an uncle in a horrible car accident and emergency funds were used for his funeral. My mom is only one person who can do so much, so we are deciding to reach out to the public for help. Please, we are raising money for family and friends who have lost everything they owned and don’t have where to go. The money will be for reconstruction of homes, new mattresses, clothing, food, diapers, all the essentials. Anything helps including $1.00. My mother’s words: With great pain in my heart I woke up to seeing my home town La Lima, Cortes Honduras submerged under water. Leaving hundreds stranded including family and friends of my deceased mother. This is the reason I am starting this go fund me account to help those who have lost it all during these hardships. Como la mayoría de ustedes saben, el huracán Eta ha golpeado fuertemente a Centroamérica y se lo ha llevado todo. Mi mamá es de Honduras y esto ha tenido un impacto tremendo. La mayoría de nuestra familia se ha visto terriblemente afectada y están contactando a mi mamá para pedir ayuda. Recientemente perdimos a un tío en un horrible accidente automovilístico y se utilizaron fondos de emergencia para su funeral. Mi mamá es solo una persona que puede hacer tanto, por lo que estamos decidiendo pedir ayuda al público. Por favor, estamos recaudando dinero para familiares y amigos que han perdido todo lo que tenían y no tienen adónde ir. El dinero será para la reconstrucción de viviendas, colchones nuevos, ropa, comida, pañales, todo lo esencial. Con cualquier cantidad de ayuda incluido $ 1.00.
