Most of us were spared by Hurricane Dorian’s wrath, as you may know; The Bahamas experienced horrific devastation in September and so many have forgotten this tragic event due to the lack of news coverage.
Families are still without food, drinking water, shelter and the essentials for survival.
It’s time for all of us to step up and help during this humanitarian crisis. Jeff Cotto (BAT Defense), Justin Singletary (Fulfillment.com), & Tyler Merritt (Nine Line Apparel) have teamed up to provide vital supplies to Bahamians located in remote areas that are not reachable by ground transportation and they need your support!
We have been delivering supplies daily to the people in dire need, this effort will discontinue soon unless they get your help with donations to keep the choppers moving with more supplies.
We guarantee 100% of these funds will go towards supplies that are essential for the residents to survive the current state of emergency as well as the transportation from the US to remote locations in the Bahamas that are NOT reachable by ground transportation. We are personally delivering these supplies by utilizing helicopters and other non-conventional methods.
Our Goal is to continue running supplies through October-December 2019.... and we need your help!
All donations go through I Love My Island, Inc., which is a 501c3 Charity, so all your generosity will be tax deductible.
We are based out of Melbourne, Florida and in direct contact with victims and organizations on the ground. We have secured medical supplies, food and water in South Florida and are flying daily to rescue the injured/sick, elderly and children. We'll be focusing on rescue & medical operations and purchasing temporary housing solutions and making the island fully-functioning for the personnel that will be working on the front lines of the recovery efforts.
