Hurricane Dorian Relief for Tweedie-Bootles
Donation protected
My cousins Meghan, Raevyn, and Martysta about 2 minutes in
Hurricane Dorian destroyed my aunt and cousins' home of 18+ years. They lost everything in the hurricane, since everything they owned was in Treasure Cay. The only house my cousins ever knew is now rubble.
My aunt is Charmaine Bootle, her mother-in-law is Anne Tweedie-Bootle.
My three cousins Meghan Bootle, Raevyn Bootle, and Martysta Turnquest were on the news talking about how devastating this storm truly has been to not just themselves, but all residents of the Abaco Islands. Quoted from an article:
"All that we have -- that we had -- is on that island. We have nothing left," quoted from my cousin Meghan in the interview.

"Last night, Raevyn and Meghan's mother had to call our aunt who lives in Washington state, who had to call back to Nassau and tell us," said Turnquest.
"It is extremely stressful," she added, but "we are ready to welcome our people home." (TerraDaily, https://tinyurl.com/y4ypm2c3)
My aunt and family are still in Treasure Cay, Abaco, and we're working tirelessly to get them reunited with Meghan and Raevyn. We will need your support in the way of donations to try and help them rebuild their lives. Thank you so much for your compassion.

My name is Tamara Dean and my mother, Fefica Fox-Dean, is Charmaine Bootle's eldest sister. We have been frantically doing everything and anything we can do to help our family all the way from Washington State. Our phones were the only ones that she was able to reach when she called us from a satellite phone. Not only that, we have been trying to help find other Bahamians' family members to the best of our abilities.

We will be using the money you donate to help pay for living expenses, plane tickets if they need, clothes, food, water, buidling materials and laborers for when they can start rebuilding their house, and much more relating to restarting and rebuilding their lives.
Again, thank you so much for your compassion to my family during this terribly dark time.
