On October 28, 2025, a powerful Category 5 hurricane devastated Jamaica, destroying nearly 90% of homes. My childhood friend’s family—Marsha Coote, Henrikee Theo-Shay Espeut, Dondrae Espeut, Natasha Espeut, and Javahnni Espeut—lost everything when a breadfruit tree fell on their house. With no cleanup crews or local aid yet, they’re struggling to rebuild their lives. I’m raising funds to help them and others in their community afford building materials, restore their homes, and bring hope back to families who’ve lost it all.
