Hi everyone,

We are creating this GoFund page for our mother, Huong Thi Nguyen.

Unfortunately, we found out our mother had pancreatic cancer. After many CT and MRI scans, biopsy, and more, the decision was to do

a Whipple procedure to remove the tumor and hopefully give her more time with us. However, after the surgery was completed, instead of getting better, she quickly took a terrible turn and has passed away, during the morning of Dec 3, 2022.

This fundraiser is for my mother’s funeral cost (which we quickly realize is quite pricey).

A bit about our mother: single mother of 5 children. Stubborn but always had a warm heart and tried her best to extend a helping hand to those in need. Always loved to cook for a group of people without asking for much in return. Always laughing and smiling (when we didn’t piss her off).

Please consider helping us out. We would like to give her a decent funeral where her friends and other family members can come to say their final goodbyes.
