The rare Huntington's Disease has stolen my wife

My name is Scott Whitney Randall (aka Whitney Randall) and I'm the devoted husband to Nicole Parker Randall and proud dad to our sons Sean (14), Luke (12) and Trace (7).  I've assisted Nicole in organizing this campaign and we can also be reached at P.O. Several yrs ago I noticed that my wife of 17 yrs showed problems with standing, speaking, and caring for herself and our children.  Due to her failing health we both had to give up our small business in the fine arts trade as she no longer had the strength or dexterity needed for her specialized craft essential to our business.  After a few yrs seeking medical help and looking for answers she received the devastating diagnosis of Huntington's Disease.  
Her illness has progressed to the point to where she's fully disabled, and I've been the sole provider and sole caregiver to her and our boys.  I work full-time to support our family which doesn't allow me time to be there for Nicole and our sons as I am needed.
