Freedom Flight for Dogs from the Meat Trade

We are raising $4,000 to cover travel expenses for two amazing Golden Retrievers, Hunter and Ruby, rescued from the meat trade in China. These dogs were saved by Bunny’s Buddies, an amazing organization out of San Diego. The dogs have both been adopted by families in Texas and are currently waiting for their freedom flights in a shelter in Shenzhen, China.
A volunteer will fly from Dallas to Hong Kong next week, picking up the pups, and then turning around to fly back to the states. They will need to fly to Chicago and then drive back to Dallas as this is one of the only cities with nonstop routes that permit dogs.
$4,000 will go towards the freedom flight airfare (the dogs will be checked as special baggage so we need to have a ticket purchased), rental car fees, and gas costs.
Please help us get these pups home to Texas from China! They would love to celebrate their freedom flight and first day of forever with their new families on Independence Day! ♥️
